7-day free trial
Every new Hate Ledger account gets 7 days of Pro free with no card, and every paid plan (Pro and Business) starts with a 7-day trial. You are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial from Settings → Billing and you will never be billed.
Trial reminder
We email you and show a notice in the app 3 days before your free trial ends, so the first charge is never a surprise.
30-day money-back guarantee (monthly plans)
If you change your mind within 30 days of your first charge, email services@hateledger.com for a full refund. No questions asked. After that, you can cancel any time and you will not be charged for the next month, but the current month is non-refundable.
Annual plans
Annual plans are refundable pro rata for unused whole months within the first 30 days of a new annual term. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the paid period.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank — we will almost always resolve refunds faster than a card dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is refunded together with any refunded subscription amount.
