14-day free trial
Every paid Hate Ledger plan (Pro and Business) starts with a 14-day trial. You are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial from Settings → Billing and you will never be billed.
Monthly plans
If you are billed and change your mind within 7 days of the first charge, email services@hateledger.com for a full refund. After 7 days, you can cancel and you will not be charged for the next month, but the current month is non-refundable.
Annual plans
Annual plans are refundable pro rata for unused whole months within the first 30 days of a new annual term. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the paid period.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank — we will almost always resolve refunds faster than a card dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is refunded together with any refunded subscription amount.
