Pricing questions
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The Free plan is free forever and includes the cockpit dashboard, manual entry and CSV import, automatic tax reserve, categorization rules, multi-currency display and one business. No card required.
- How much does Hate Ledger cost?
- Pro is $29 per month or $290 per year, and Business is $79 per month or $790 per year. Annual billing saves two months on either plan.
- Do paid plans come with a trial?
- Paid plans include a 14-day trial. You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Cancel from Settings in one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep read access and exports to your data.
- Is Hate Ledger a QuickBooks alternative?
- It is built for owners who never want to see debits and credits. Double-entry runs invisibly underneath, and reports export as P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and Schedule C for your accountant.
- Can I run more than one business on one account?
- Yes. Pro covers up to two businesses and Business covers unlimited businesses, each with its own books, and you switch between them from the top bar.
